A Great location, spacious room, convenient parking, clean facilities

The rooms were functional and modern with comfortable beds, lounge area of the suite, as example, no reason to complain. Location: the hotel was short walk to a restaurant, shops and restaurants close by by and the bull fighting arena, calle espinal and el taho canyon, bridge.

Airy room, very comfy beds and fine bathroom. Decent and appetising meals. Efficient check-in and friendly check-out, parking under hotel.

I loved being right across from the bullring and just a short stroll from the amazing puente nuevo this beautiful town on foot. The staff were friendly and helpful, and having secure parking was an added bonus for my visit.

hotel is in the heart of the city and you can walk to the most beautiful places in the city. room was spacious, bed very big and comfortable and breakfast very good. It had wifi, it gave 8Gb of speed but at the moment of truth, it had many cuts and it was complicated to navigate. We decided to turn it off.

At night we were woken up on three occasions by the extremely loud noise of water from the cistern in some room, I don't know if it was next door or upstairs. sensation, because of the noise, was of a waterfall that was going to fall on the headboard of the bed. It sounded the same! Besides, refrigerator in the room had not been checked after the last guests, because there was half a red pepper in there (yes, half a red pepper). We informed the reception, especially to avoid being charged for expenses we hadn't made. They didn't give it much thought and didn't come up to collect it. We spent only one night, pepper stayed there. It's a funny story, staff was kind, everything was fine, I would repeat the same hotel, I think they should have taken it away.

Nice hotel. It's a great location. Quiet, whoa, whoa. Its own parking lot.

A significant sewage odor issue should be addressed before renting out affected rooms!!! Room size inconsistencies need clearer communication to avoid confusion!!!

The location is perfect. The staff is very attentive and friendly. My room was renovated and was fine, but other older rooms were not so fine. Good cleaning in rooms.

I went to my family's and we hired New Year's Eve dinner. dinner was lousy, with dried out frozen fish, even drier meat, poor quality and scarce wines, worst possible cava, only half a glass! All at the modest price of 85 euros per person (no open bar, just one drink). Christmas decoration was conspicuous by its absence. although the staff was very friendly, tried to do their best, I would not recommend this experience at all. common areas (bathrooms, lounges, reception) need a lot of refurbishment to really live up to a 4-star standard. My brother was given an extremely small single room (bed, room and bathroom), not at all in proportion to the high price paid. Better to rent a double room, for the little difference (3 nights: double room + breakfast 1 person= 288 euros; single room + breakfast= 271 euros).

Rooms are spacious with cozy beds but bathroom had poor drainage.

Hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance of the bullring and shops/bars. Car parking was also a very big bonus as would have been difficult to find somewhere to park close by. Rooms are very spacious and the single beds are almost like double beds so plenty of room! Mini bar in room is convenient as hotel does not have a bar onsite.

Have stayed here twice now, excellent location, good buffet breakfast,great being able to park the car on site, friendly helpful staff.Clean comfortable rooms.

The location was perfect for exploring local highlights like the bullring and the famous bridge. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and having valet parking made things easy. The staff were super friendly and provided excellent service .

The insulation in our room was quite poor. We could hear noises from the room above us which disrupted our sleep on one occasion.
